This website does not:

• Offer public account creation.
• Store contact-form submissions in any website database.

When you submit the QNT Code contact form, the information you provide is sent to us by email so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not store form submissions in a website database, and we do not import them into any marketing tool.

3. SMS program — overview

Program name: QNT Code Customer Inquiry Updates.

Quantum Technologies LLC may collect a mobile phone number, SMS consent status, consent timestamp, inquiry details, and delivery metadata when a visitor submits the QNT Code contact form and opts in to receive SMS updates. SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit the contact form or request services.

4. How we use mobile numbers

Mobile numbers are used only to send messages about that person's software project inquiry, scheduling, consultation reminders, quote updates, project-status updates, and support follow-up. They are not used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

5. Mobile information — non-sharing

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information.

The only sharing that occurs is with the service providers required to deliver the messages themselves — specifically Twilio (our SMS delivery provider) and the recipient's mobile carrier — and only to the extent necessary to deliver the specific message. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply per the recipient's mobile carrier.

7. Opt-out and help

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, which removes the number from the SMS recipient list and stops all further messages from this program. Replying HELP returns support contact information.

8. Data retention

We retain a recipient's mobile number and consent record for as long as the recipient is opted in. After opt-out, we retain a record of the opt-out for the purpose of honoring it going forward.

9. Security

We use standard transport-layer encryption (HTTPS / TLS) for all API traffic. Access to inquiry and consent data is restricted to the company.
