These Terms and Conditions govern access to this website ("the site") and participation in the SMS program described below, both operated by Quantum Technologies LLC ("Quantum Technologies," "we," "us").

1. Website use

This site is informational. We provide it as-is and may update, modify, or remove content at any time. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer of services until we have agreed to an engagement in writing.

2. SMS Program

2.1 Program name

QNT Code Customer Inquiry Updates.

2.2 Program description

Quantum Technologies LLC sends low-volume SMS messages to people who submit the QNT Code website contact form and optionally opt in to receive SMS updates about their software project inquiry. Messages may include inquiry confirmation, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, quote updates, project-status updates, and support follow-up.

2.3 What this program is not

This program is not used for marketing, advertising, lead generation, affiliate promotions, political messaging, sweepstakes, or third-party messaging.

2.4 Opt-in

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit the contact form or request services. Opt-in is collected through the public contact form only: a visitor provides a mobile number and manually checks the separate, unchecked SMS consent box. See our SMS Consent page for full details.

2.5 Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month.

2.6 Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply per the recipient's mobile carrier.

2.7 Opt-out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving SMS messages. STOP removes your number from the SMS recipient list; no further messages from this program will be sent.

2.8 Help

Reply HELP at any time for help. A HELP reply returns the program name and support contact information.

3. Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and opt-in data collected by this program are governed by our privacy policy. In particular, we do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the SMS program.
